Ben lead on the project at Dyson Farming to secure planning consent and deliver a 15 acre state of the art glasshouse and packhouse facility producing soft fruit at the shoulders of the UK season, fully integrated with an existing Anaerobic Digester which provided heat, power and C02. With an 11 month time frame from breaking ground to eating the first strawberry, he is used to complex and multifaceted projects.
